"I am 75 years old. Fifteen years ago my son gave my wife and I a gift certificate for Christmas for a private Pilates session with Holly. We both went and I retired soon thereafter. Since I retired, I go to Holly for private sessions twice per week. Previously, I had a hip replacement that required months of recovery before I could walk around the block.
